I live for little moments like this…..

You know I am not a huge fan of country music… but I must say that the Brad Paisley song keeps coming to mind. I don’t think I have ever even listened to the whole thing but just those few words are so true. There have been more hours of her life when I was NOT allowed to touch or hold my baby than ones that I can. Seems like almost every morning I walk into the NICU and the nurse tells me I cannot hold her or this happened and we shouldn’t wake her up she is finally sleeping… which I know is best for her- but as her mommy it KILLS me…. almost brings me to tears every single time.

BUT… I look at these pics and know that one day very soon she will be home and i will have nothing but time to sit and hold her. Once I have her in my arms I may never put her down again!
