Almost wireless

We went in this morning to find that Kyleigh was not only OFF her ventilator - but her stomach tube was gone!!! Yippee we are that much closer to GOING WIRELESS!!!!! AND that means we can start holding her again!!!




EVEN BETTER... SHE GETS TO EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who would have ever thought that such a simple thing like EATING would be such a big accomplishment!!! BUt yes... she got to eat for the first time today. We start with 5 CC ... if she holds that down for a couple of feedings they will up it progressively.



ALSO.. they say that whenever her antibiotic is done they will take the IV out!
