So in the seemingly never ending sea of frustration with the medical community a few things have happened in the past week that are very exciting!!!

First off more RAK!!! (Random Acts of Kindness) More packages continue to arrive and I am overwhelmed and humbled by the generosity of relative strangers (and dear friends!)

We received a package on Monday from an online friend (scrapbooking site that I visit) who sent us this box of goodies. Now I know you said you did not need a formal thank you or anything and I will allow you remain nameless but this is my thank you! I want you to know that your kindness has NOT gone unnoticed and is very much appreciated!!! Your note made me cry and I am just so thankful to know that there are still GOOD people in the world!

The second was a box from one of our dear friends, Laura, Chad and Emma!!! (I am Emma’s “buttmother” – that is the IA parent version of Godmother) We are hoping to get our girls together in Sept at Great Wolf Lodge for a little sleepover – Laura check your mail in the next couple of days… there is a little something special on its way!!!

Laura and Emma mailed Ky a little birthday present package filled with MONKEY stuff… of course was in hog heaven (or maybe I should say monkey heaven!) It was great! Thanks you guys for thinking of us! We will miss you on Aug 3!!! **keeps fingers crossed that the airlines put up some crazy $99 flight to LEX!**
