My daughter is the most beautiful creature on earth. Her soul is so pure and sweet… the way she loves and laughs is un-tainted by life. Despite all of her physical challenges and issues… she is perfect.
I miss my boys more than I want to live. Being here with Ky my heart is torn. I want so badly to play legos with them and take a walk with them riding their bikes beside me. I also know that eventually they will understand why I must be away and they will be ok with it.
My family are the most amazing people on earth. I understand the saying “We start and end with family…” Truly no matter what our family, our moms and dads and sisters… they are the true heroes in our lives.
The Panera Bread Company is straight from heaven. It is God’s gift to mankind. Seriously. After nearly two weeks of complete nausea… my inaugural meal was Panera… and OMG.

The little mermaid has truly addicting properties! I have loved it every since I was a kid I am just glad that Ky picked IT to be her movie! (I say while it is running for the 10th time today).
I have friends in places I never even knew. They have somehow come out of the woodwork!
There are people in this world who are just beautiful. Plain and simple. Their hearts and souls shine through and literally radiate the room. I just hope that I could ever be someone like that.

Amber I agree…. You truly are one of "those" people. Sometimes when things are dragging for us, we read what you have posted on Amanda site… And, you make me laugh ok there was a time or two you made me cry… But, our lives have been truly blessed by having you in it! And, we are lucky to call you one of them people who crawled out of the woodwork, or was it Frim's waiting room?? Well, does that really matter at this point?? We are just glad to have you in our cheering section as we are in yours!

Hospital ice and Panera- sounds like a nutritious start!!! Hoping that Ky is on the mend- physically and emotionally. And you also, Amber.
As for your boys, I wish I had some advice to ease the pain for not being with them. Everytime we leave Will and Isaac to take Benji to the hospital I know that I am leaving a part of me with them as I walk away with a heavy heart. It never gets easier on me but as they got older they cope with it better because they can now rationalize it. In his 8 year old mind Will knows that we are taking care of Benji and that someday when we are old and grey he will do the same for his brother.
