OK… I truly was horrified when my children started begging to go to Chuck E Cheese! UGH. I remember the place as Show Biz Pizza. Troy remembers it as his first job. He was even employee of the year! But seriously we both thought… oh God…..

So………. i gave in and started searching for a good coupon. I signed up for the Chuck E Club and was able to get a coupon for the Family Pack – $18.99. 1 Large Pizza, 4 Unlimited Fountain Drinks, and 40 tokens. THEN I found these cool incentive calendars….

Each kid got one which was 10 extra tokens a piece. SO 70 tokens total!

The pizza was GREAT! They cooked it perfectly … TONS of cheese, light on the sauce. Kudos to the cook on that one! The kids were able to play in the general play area- the tubes and slide, until the pizza came. We ate and then hit the games. It took us nearly 3 hours to burn through 70 tokens! I had a coupon for buy 40 more tokens for $10 and get 60 free and we were worn out before we could use it!

BECAUSE…………………………………… every single game at CEC is ONE TOKEN! Seriously… even the huge motion simulators and adult games! It was fabulous! My younger sister used to work at Gattitown so we went there and it was nothing for my kids to knock out a $25 card on just a few games. A $25 card would have 10,000 pts but a simulator game would COST 3,000…. see how fast that spent???

I was TOTALLY and completely impressed with Chuck E Cheese in Woodhill, Lexington. If you haven’t been in a while – go back!!! It was a GREAT night and we had tons of fun for less than $20!
