A gift from an anonymous stranger and some not so anonymous friends!

I cannot believe I have been such a louse and have NOT posted a huge thank you to the person who sent us this beautiful gift a few WEEKS ago.  I suck and am VERY sorry but your gift was VERY appreciated as Kyleigh’s sheets are AGAIN beginning to shred.  Yes… after another 100 washings and soakings in colorsafe bleach to get the bacteria poo out they are threadbare again so the gift was VERY much appreciated and the cups did NOT even make it up the stairs before the cardboard packaging was strewn on my staircase and the water from the fridge dispenser was filling the PINK Ariel cup (of course… would we pick any OTHER one first??)

I also received an envelope of coupons from one of my “besties” Laura (also a “buttmother” ).  Her daughter Emma has VATER and we share the same Colorectal surgeon.  I also have the privilege of being Emma’s “buttmother” (that’s Godmother of the Colorectal “my kid was born with no butt” and if I should I would need someone to school my family in the enema and other things of the VATER nature ways” sort).

And then I have to tell you a story of ANOTHER vacation blessing.  As we were pulling out of the driveway to go on Vacation there was my weekly envelope from a friend I have never met in Florida.  Her name in Nancy and each week she clips and send me coupons.  I always look SO forward to her coupons because they are the exact OPPOSITE of the coupon schedule that we get in KY… (we get the “crappy” coupon here… thus Nancy gets the GOOD coupons… the grass is always greener right?).  So I picked up her envelope and shoved it in my purse because it always just makes me smile and feel good to know how much love she must put into clipping those each week for me.  I just felt impressed ot take that envelope with me.  When we arrived to the ocean I ended up needing several things that I did NOT pack enough of namely diapers, wipes and swim diapers.  LOW and behold there were Nancy’s coupons.  All told that envelope SAVED me $15 while I was on vacation!  Me being the couponer I am, it would have broken my hear to pay full price for diapers at walmart knowing I had a coupon at home!!!  So THANK YOU Nancy for the love and effort you put into that weekly envelope of coupons you send!  It touches my heart each and every week!!!
