Honestly, the Wii wins hands down. The kids love playing it the most, the kids that visit want to play the Wii, and while the accessories can get expensive, they too have come down in price. The games can be cheap, or expensive (same with PS3), and the Wii just seems to be better for kids in terms of games available. BTW, our therapists recommended Big Brain Academy for working on memory, processing skills, and such. It's a challenge, and requires very minimal reading skills.
