Got a coupon question for you…I just read an article in “All You” magazine about coupons. They say if it starts with the number 5 (bar code) then it will double. If it starts with the number 9 or 4 then it will not double. I’ve never thought to look at my coupons bar code until recently. Now I’m beginning to wonder if I’ve been missing out on coupons that are more than .50 cents. What experience have you had, if any? I would love to know.
