Although I thought there were more entertaining acts in the Top Ten … I will honestly say that there was no more DESERVING performer than Kevin Skinner.

Watching the show the first time he was on stage and how everyone LAUGHED at him…. it just broke my heart!  I am SO incredibly proud to be a Kentuckian today and proud that America still loves a good underdog!

I know that the rest of the Acts like Recycled Percussion, the Fab Five, Barbara Padilla, and Lawrence Beamen are all GOING places!    Truthfully I think that Recycled Percussion is the NEW Blue Man Group, Lawrence Beaman is the new Barry White and I have no words for Barbara… she will be found on stages all over the world I am SURE of it!  I loved them ALL but was overjoyed to see Kevin win!
